sch hav started,
and everyday is a tiring day.
sometym i dun even wan to use da comp.

ok as usual,
sch routine.
come home watch tv and slp.
everyday is like not enuff slp.

as we end sch quite early almost everyday.
except for mon which is till 6pm.

but now instead of 5 days sch,
we onli nd to hav 4 days sch.

lesson was like crap.
nv learn anything at all.

as i wanted to renew my passport.

i was there and i queue-ed.
i waited for ard 10-15mins,
for a counter staff available for mi.
damn bloody long can.
den i told the staff i wanna renew da passport,
she told mi the person muz come down personally.

i was like wth lor,
how come one staff said this,
and the other staff said tt?!
can u all like give mi a confirmed answer?
ytd i went down,
i asked a staff der.
she told mi juz bring IC,photo n da old passport.
this was all its required.
now u are telling mi da person hav to come personally?
fcuk la hor.
den da lady asked to confirm with da staff i asked ytd.

i went to da staff.
i said excuse mi,
ytd i came n asked u abt the renewal of passport.
u told mi tt we onli nd to hav foto,IC n old passport.
you noe wat the hell she said?
no no no,
u din come to mi at all.
i tink u rmb wrong person,
u asked someone else.

i was so pissed off man.
i said in a stern voice.
ytd i did came n asked u ok.
den she said if u wan u muz queue again.
wtf la,
i queue liao is ur colleague col mi to confirm wif u.
den i asked her again,
she was like answering my question in a perfunctory manner.

so i went back to tt staff n told her is confirmed.
den she asked mi whether got form ma.
i was like har?
wat is tt again man?
in the end still nd signature all these.
she was like so unsure of everything.

reali is bloody hell la hor.
some staff working at da govt company,
reali nd to hav some reflection on their attitude.
and the efficiency of work.
dun wan to mention which outlet is tt.

but i wun let it off so easily.
i am going to lodge a complain.
tmr my mum still want to go der.
i was like shit lor.
hav to see all those sickening face again.

without veggie.
den without asking tt person started to cook.

den sh realised i dun wan veggie.
i was like forget it then.
i told her tt but she like heck care mi.

bloody hell,
use the tong to take out da veggie.
da other bowl oso lidat.
i was at there saying nvm already,
but tt stupid idiotic ppl kp stirring n stirring,
which made my appetite gone seriously.

customer is standing rite in front of u leh.
u do lidat ar.

actuali i was like,
if she do tt a bit longer,
i will juz walk off lidat.
i dun gif a damn man.
i dunno she understand english or not.
if nt pls change someone at least bilingual.
so wun hav communication breakdown.

with this kind of service,
no wonder ppl outside our country
are saying s'pore customer service is bad.
dis is part of the reason.
no wonder lesser tourist coming now.

they were having their lunch.

i saw lixin with her fren.
